Enjoy our beautiful newly created flower garden on the terrace or balcony with a glass of wine. Whether as a couple or as a family – enjoy the peace, the fantastic view and the unique ambience. Our holiday apartments in a sunny and quiet location have a living space of 70m² with parquet floors for up to 5 people with a triple room, a double room, living room with comfortable sofa, satellite TV, kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, Dining area, shower/toilet are separate. A large, semi-covered balcony or terrace with a barbecue. Internet access with WLAN (free). Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby bed on request. Storage room for skis, a free parking space (carport) for your car. Playground and mini ponies for the children in winter.

The cross-country ski trail runs past the house and ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity. Free shuttle bus to the Dachstein West ski area 200m. Our house is easily accessible without snow chains.

Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location 1.5 km from the center of Abtenau, the main town in the Lammertal. An idyllic hiking trail leads you to the center of Abtenau. The next inn is a 3-minute walk away and serves typical Austrian dishes. The cross-country trail leads past the house.
