The house is very close to the historic center of Lazise and just a quick walk to the lake shore. Distance to the center with bars, restaurant and shops and the lake with beaches : 1 Km (15 minutes on foot). The theme parks Movieland and Caneva Aquapark can be reached in 5 minutes by car (3 Km), also very closed the theme park Gardaland (6 Km). Verona is at 20 km,
