Built in 2014, this very beautiful, tastefully decorated house is situated on the edge of Sandepark with a large south-facing garden.
On the ground floor, you will find: A very nice, cozy living room with a modern sofa set and an open fireplace. Flat-screen TV (cable, including German channels), DVD player, hi-fi system, WLAN.
Cozy dining area: Large dining table with 6 chairs.
Modern luxury kitchen. Equipment: 4-burner gas stove, combination oven with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
Bathroom with window: Shower, sink, washing machine, hairdryer.

Large, beautiful garden with terrace. Garden furniture, 2 parasols, barbecue, 2 deck chairs, clothes dryer, densely grown property on both sides and to the rear, no garden gate.
The garden shed can be used. Inside are the deck chairs and 3 bicycles, which may be used. However, they are not an official part of the rental agreement, so no claims can be made if the bikes are not roadworthy. Therefore, please handle them with care so that the next tenants can also enjoy them.
Parking space for 2 cars on the property.

The tranquil and beautifully landscaped holiday park "Sandepark" is located in North Holland, about 4 km north of Callantsoog, one of the oldest seaside resorts in North Holland. In the summer, the beach pavilion invites you to linger, and in the winter, there's a newly built restaurant at the beach entrance. Within the park itself, there's a fishing pond that children love to use for paddle boating, a huge meadow with a soccer field (where young and old compete against each other every evening), a new playground with a ping pong table, and boules courts.
