From Meersburg or Unteruhldingen you can reach all places on the lake with the liner ships. To the opposite island of Mainau it takes 15/20 minutes and to the old town of Konstanz 30/60 minutes by passenger boat (April to October). The romantic little town of Meersburg invites you to stroll and visit the castles. Don't miss the pile dwellings in the neighboring village Unteruhldingen, which are interesting for the whole family.
Coming from the north on the A 81/B31, take the exit at Uhldingen-Mühlhofen in the direction of the Meersburg car ferry. Follow the road through Unteruhldingen and turn left into Bergstraße shortly before the end of the village. * At the end of the street turn right and the next possibility left. The semi-detached house is the second one on the left side before the forest.
Coming from the south B 31 or east B 33 you drive through Meersburg and follow the signs to the car ferry. Along the lake you will pass the landing stage. After the place-name sign "Unteruhldingen" it is the first street on the right. Continue at *
