Zu viele Mängel in der Villa. In den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss fehlen Vorhänge und Rollläden und das Sonnenlicht um 5 Uhr morgens brennt in den Augen. Aus der Dusche kommt nur kaltes Wasser. Die Reinigung war schlecht, die Dusche voller Kalk und Schmutz in verschiedenen Teilen des Hauses (Küche, Wohnzimmer). Der Bodenbelag am Pool fehlt, der Garten ist nicht gepflegt und kann nicht genutzt werden. Defekte Poolbeleuchtung, oxidierte Duschköpfe, Waschbecken, aus denen Wasser austritt.

Troppe mancanze in der Villa. Mancano neigte und klopfte auf die Strophe des Klaviers auf der Erde und der Lichteinfall in die fünfziger Jahre des Mattinos und der Nacht. Dalle doccia esce solo acqua fredda. Le pulizie sono state scarse, doccia piene di calcare e sporcizia in diverse parti della casa (cucina, salotto). Mancano la pavimentazione a bordo piscina, giardino uncurato and unutilizzabile. Luce piscina rotte, doccino ossidato, lavandini perdono acqua.
