The stone villa is newly renovated and furnished in a modern style. The enclosed and completely fenced garden features a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, plenty of space for children, a barbecue, and a large outdoor dining table. There is also a swing and a slide for children!
The interior is new, modern, and spacious. There are 4 lovely bedrooms, and the house has a capacity for 10 people, while additional cots are available. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, a spacious, comfortable, and air-conditioned living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and an additional toilet. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Villa Milena is located in the heart of Istria, in a warm and sunny position, on the edge of a small village. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns in the interior of Istria, historical monuments of Pula... are all within 30 minutes from the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within a 10-minute drive.

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked by another guest at the same price and completed. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
