Villa Harmony impresses with a spacious floor plan with 3 bedrooms and a beautiful south-facing pool. The optimal location of the house in the southwest of Cape Coral is ideal for golfers. It is surrounded by a quiet, well-kept residential area and has a great south-facing location for sunshine all day long.
The house has been completely furnished with new furniture. The beautiful outdoor area with plenty of space around the large pool offers pure privacy. There is also a gas grill available for your perfect American BBQ.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool area. Also a breakfast table and dining table. The master bedroom even has access to the pool area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities and shower.
2 guest bedrooms are equipped with king size beds. A total of 2 bathrooms, one of which has access from the pool area.
The tropical decor with warm colors radiates the feeling of sun and palm trees. The bedrooms are also very tastefully decorated.
You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking administration.

free cancellation up to 24 hours after booking (by customers and Intervillas)
up to 20 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the invoice amount
19 to 2 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the invoice amount
1 day before the start of the rental period and on the day of arrival the entire invoice amount is owed
11.5% sales and tourist taxes are included in the prices
The costs for water and waste disposal that occur during the rental period are included
of the rental price. Energy and telephone costs are not included in the rental price
and will be offset against the fee refund.
The energy costs correspond to the local tariff plus tax.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the total amount is payable immediately
