This beautiful holiday home was newly renovated in 2014, with care taken to preserve an antique-rustic style. The holiday home is located in Grizane, a small village near the popular resort town of Crikvenica.
The holiday home consists of two floors and an outdoor area.
The ground floor features a living-dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a small fitness room, and a sauna.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fantastic balcony with sea views, covered with an awning.
The beautiful outdoor area includes a terrace with sea views, the pool area with 6 sun loungers and sea views, two enclosed parking spaces, and a small garden. The swimming pool is 24 m² in size, 1.5 m deep, and heated. In total, there are three air conditioning units and four televisions. All windows are equipped with fly screens.

The villa is located in the small village of Baretici (near Grizane) along the famous Crikvenica Riviera in Croatia. It's only about 6 km to the sea, which can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is only 1.7 km away and the closest restaurant about 1.5 km.
