Cancellation term

Payment / cancellation policy: Down payment: 25% upon booking; balance: 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation conditions: No cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to arrival, 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total price and less than 30 days before arrival 100% of the total rental price.
