Beautiful newly renovated holiday home with private pool for 4-6 people in central Istria. The house is located in Terre Bianche, located between Buje and Motovun. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, but has a separate entrance to the yard and the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a private fully fenced garden with olive trees, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a yard. The apartment is modernly equipped and consists of: two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds), living room with sofa bed for two extra people, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine and an additional toilet.
Pets are allowed upon request. Tourist tax is included in price.

Grožnjan-Grisignana, a small Istrian town of great cultural significance, not only on the Croatian but also on the international level, lives its summer months very intensively. Every year at the beginning of May, the streets and squares of Grožnjan experience a metamorphosis and turn into a real art hive: summer music academies for young people, art, dance and drama workshops, peace activism workshops led by famous experts and pedagogues and sound names in the field of music and arts.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
