Cancellation policy
For bookings made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, the following conditions apply:
an advance payment of 30% (unless otherwise indicated) of the total agreed price of accommodation is required to pay immediately if the method of payment by credit card is selected. If payment by bank transfer Rental Adria j.d.o.o. is selected. must receive the paid advance within 3 (three) working days; the remaining 70% (unless otherwise indicated) of the total contracted accommodation price is due for payment no later than 30 (thirty) days before the start of the rental period if payment is made by credit card, bank transfer. If cash payment is selected, the remaining 70% is due immediately upon arrival of the guest, and the guest is obliged to pay the rest directly to the owner. There is no possibility to pay electronically (cards / pay pal) in the holiday facility.
For bookings made 30 days or less before the start of the rental period, the following conditions apply:
The total rental amount is due immediately for payment by credit card or bank transfer. The guest is obliged to make payments within the deadline and in the manner described in this clause of the General Terms and Conditions. If the guest does not comply with the payment deadlines, such conduct is considered a serious breach of contractual obligations, and the lease agreement is considered terminated without notice, and Rental Adria j.d.o.o. it is not obliged to inform the guest about it.
Cancellations and changes
If you wish to cancel or partially cancel your reservation, you can do so by sending a written request by email. The denunciation shall take effect only from the date on which it is terminated and Rental Adria j.d.o.o. received such notice of cancellation and only under the terms of this clause. In case of cancellation of the Lease Agreement, all received payments are retained until the date of cancellation, and the guest is not entitled to their return. In the event that a guest in the same period, for the same price and under the same conditions can find another guest as a replacement, Rental Adria j.d.o.o. will transfer the Lease Agreement to the new guest immediately upon written receipt of all necessary information about the new guest and will send him a written confirmation. Already received accommodation price amounts will be retained by Rental Adria j.d.o.o. after the transferred contract, and the new guest is obliged to pay the rest up to the total price of accommodation, depending on the previously selected method of payment that forms an integral part of the contract. If you are prevented from traveling, you have the right to transfer the reservation to another person and / or to another date if approved by the property owner. However, you must inform us more than 40 days before arrival. If you wish to make other changes to your booking after it has been confirmed, you must notify us as soon as possible . If the reservation is canceled 60 days before the arrival of the guest, the full amount will refunded to the guest. If the reservation is canceled within 60 days of the guest's arrival, the agency retains at least 30%
of the paid amount.
COVID CANCELLATION TERMS:
Only If the borders are closed (Croatia or the country from which the guest comes) within 60 days until the arrival of the guest, the guest will be refunded the amount paid of 30%. We kindly ask all guests to pay attention to all the conditions of arrival and the measures in force in the Republic of Croatia and the country they come from. Also we would like to point out that guest sholud inform themselfs about conditions and measures in advance (before arrival). The Agency does not take responsibility for the restrictions and measures in force and will not take such reasons as a justifiable condition for cancellation of the reservation and refund. Eg. Waiting for the vaccine, red list, obligations of self-isolation or quarantine, detention at the border due to additional paperwork, etc.
