What about spending some vacation days by the sea? This is the perfect place for that. This great apartment is ideal to enjoy some days of peace, beach and sun. Each day, when you wake up, you can organise a complete breakfast at any of the terraces, with your OJ, coffee, fruit, toasts and all you need to have energy enough to later swim in the crystalline waters, sunbathe on the white sand or simply take a walk along the quiet although lively area of Can Picafort.
Once inside, a great living room will welcome you. Here you can watch the TV-Sat, a DVD movie or just rest for a while. Next you find the independent dining room where you can enjoy your family meals all together. Finally we find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas countertop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There are two bathrooms in the accommodation, one with a tub and the other with a shower. We also find 2 bedrooms, both with a closet or wardrobe, fan and electric radiator. One of them offers twin beds and the other has a double bed. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are at the terrace. And we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of this apartment is ideal because you will find all you need only a few steps away: a paradisaical beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, public transport, fashion, shoes and souvenir shops and much more. You can also drive and visit other dream-like beaches like La Victoria, Son Serra de Marina, Cala San Vicente or beautiful towns like Alcúdia which town centre surprises with its beauty and liveliness, specially on Tuesdays and Sundays when the street market day takes place. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is the one of Alcanada, about 14.3 km away and with stunning views to the bay.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
