Cancellation term
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the holiday is free of charge, up to 4 weeks before departure 25% of the booking price is due, up to 2 weeks before departure 50% of the price will be retained. After that, the entire booking price will be retained, which is why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. For exceptions, see special offers! In the event of travel restrictions due to Covid19, the cancellation fees will be waived.
