Upon entering the house you will find the property's living room area with air conditioning. In the living room you can relax watching TV, watching the fantastic views or reading a good book. In the dining room you can meet with your loved ones and enjoy endless lunches and dinners. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to make your best culinary creations, including electric stove. The laundry area is also independent and is located just before the 2F terrace exit. There you will have access to 1 washer, as well as 1 iron and 1 ironing board. Take into account that in the basement there is a game room where you can enjoy playing table soccer. The home has a total of 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 of them in the 1st F and 1 in the basement. The basement has 2 single beds and, from the 2 bedrooms in the 1st F, 1 has 1 double bed and the other 2 single beds. There are total of 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor, 2 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub. This property provides you with 2 fans and air conditioning in the living room and in 1 of the bedrooms.
This property's outdoors are great. Just before entering the home, in the main door area there is a fantastic 7m2 furnished porch, where you can enjoy a snack while sharing endless conversations with your relatives. In the property's GF there is a fantastic 50m2 furnished terrace which is accessed from the living room and through which you have direct access to the pebble beach located in front of the property. In 200m you will find a wonderful sandy beach where you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere with your loved ones. In this terrace there are 2 sunbeds for sunbathing while enjoying the sea breeze, and an area with awnings where you can share unforgettable moments with your friends and family. In the 1F there is a balcony which is accessed from one of the rooms and in the 2F a 20m2 terrace where you can hang clothes. In the -1F or basement of the house is the garage in which you can park a total of 2 vehicles, and home's privacy is partial.

Son Serra de Marina is known for its tranquility due to not having hotels in its surroundings and the beaches are not crowded; there is even a nudist beach in the area. This property is within walking distance of Son Real, so you can make the hiking trail that goes through the 6th century b.c necropolis and you can swim to the islet "des Porros". If what you want is a tourist area, about 10km away you will find the busy area Picafort. There, you have all kinds of entertainment both during the day and at night; and you can enjoy a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis, among others. At the same time, there you will have access to all products and services you may need during your vacation.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
