The magnificent finca is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy their stay in the island surrounded by a natural landscape and with total peace and privacy. It features more than 135.000 m2 of never ending fields where you can take long and peaceful walks, always taking into account that you must close all gates to keep farm animals enclosed. This is what makes the property so special. Just imagine yourselves meeting donkeys, sheep and turkeys and listening to their chant. You can pick seasonal fruit and vegetables from the organic garden, as well as fresh eggs from the animals that live there. In addition, the views from any point of the house, including from its terraces, are fabulous and the perfect company to enjoy a succulent breakfast, a good reading on any of the sun loungers, a barbecue or a delicious dinner under the starry sky.
The house comprises 2 floors which are decorated in a modern and tasteful style. In the ground floor you will find an air-conditioned spacious room where the cosy and beautiful living merges with the dining area and the kitchen. It offers an amazing view to the garden through the large windows. It could really appear in a decor magazine, a superb place where you can sit and watch satellite TV or cook on the ceramic hob while you all chat and enjoy an appetiser. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A toilet room completes the floor. The two bedrooms are located upstairs, both with two twin beds, AC, wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom, TV-sat and direct access to an impressive furnished terrace. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.
The owner will treat you to a typical dessert from Mallorca and a bottle of wine.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Santa Margalida is a beautiful town basically in the centre of the island, and therefore, any point is easily reachable. In addition, you will be able to meet the locals and know the authenticity of Mallorca. You can do your daily shopping here, take a typical snack in a bar or enjoy a traditional meal in a restaurant. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest one is only 3.7 km away, in Son Bauló, Can Picafort. However, following the coast you reach the paradisaical beach of Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
