This charming terraced house with its private pool enjoys a very nice and quiet location in the beautiful, lively little town of Carvoeiro situated just on the sea. The holiday home contains 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower, ground floor of the property, which provides a relatively cool night’s sleep even in summer. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the fenced garden with a small not too deep pool.
Because the house is built against the hill, with the bedrooms downstairs, the stairs in the living room are open and can be a little dangerous for very small children. If you are looking for an active beach holiday, the Casa Alegre is the place to be.

Due to the covid situation, we are flexible in terms of the cancellation policy. In the case of non-permission to travel (orange code) or quarantine obligation imposed after the reservation is placed, we do not charge anything.
Normal cancellation policies are as follows:
1. In case of a booking cancellation in the period from confirmation of the booking up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, you are entitled to a refund of 50% the prepayment.
2. In case of cancellation 6 weeks (42 days) or less prior to arrival date, the client is not entitled to a refund of the rental amount.
