The Villetta Marianna is a very well-maintained semi-detached house, well separated from the neighbouring house, which is lower down. The house is located in the upper part of the Costa Paradiso. Only 700 m (direct line) from the sea, you have a fantastic view of the sea, the Gulf of Asinara and the striking red rock formations typical of this coast. Facing west, you can enjoy the beautiful evening sun for a long time .
The house has a large living room with a large window front to the garden and the sea. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a nice dining area and an open, high-quality kitchen, which is fully equipped (dishwasher, cooker, oven, large refrigerator and freezer). The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has a sofa bed that can be pulled out into a double bed. Ample storage space is provided by the walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious with shower and bidet.
The house has air conditioning (cold and hot) in the living room and in both bedrooms. The windows are double glazed and the walls are well insulated.
Facing the sea, there is a large covered veranda (25 sqm) with another seating area and sun loungers. Adjacent to the veranda is a large wooden deck of 30 sqm. In the garden there is also a barbecue fireplace and an outdoor shower. In a storage room (accessible from the garden) is the washing machine.
The car can be parked under a carport.
The holiday home is very well equipped for a pleasant holiday:
Air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, TV, barbecue fireplace, outdoor shower, carport.
And: the covered veranda with a view to the west of the coast and the sea!

You have a view of the sea and yet are away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.
From the holiday home you can reach a business centre on foot. Here you will find a supermarket, bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
Another business centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruit, vegetables as well as a cash machine can be found in the centre of Costa Paradiso, which can be reached by car in about 2 minutes.
You can reach the sandy beach of Li Cossi via a well-maintained footpath along the steep coast.
This footpath starts at the car park at the small harbour. You can reach the harbour from the house by car in about 5 min.
The footpath leads to the Li Cossi beach, which is not accessible by car, in approx. 12 min.
