A cosy, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious living room offer enough space to relax even in bad weather.
There is also a large terrace with a barbecue area and deck chairs for sunbathing and barbecuing.
Children are welcome; a baby travel cot and high chair are of course at your disposal.

E-bikes and a bicycle trailer can be borrowed from us for a fee upon request and availability.

The Westerwald is a paradise for active people with dogs.
The paths are not too steep or exhausting. Numerous small streams run through the valleys and offer ideal places for your four-legged friend to cool down!

Before the start of the rental period, the renter can withdraw from the rental agreement by making a written declaration to the lessor. The time of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive.
If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and any lost profit in the following amounts:
Resignation up to the age of 45 days prior to arrival: 20%;
Resignation up to the age of 35 days prior to arrival: 50%;
After that and in the event of a no-show: 90% of the total price.
If letting accommodation is prohibited due to the coronavirus pandemic, cancellation costs will not apply and services already paid for will be reimbursed in full.
A deposit of 150.00 euros is due together with the balance 2 weeks before arrival.
