The cozy basement apartment "SONNENBLUME" is approx. 50m² and offers space for 2-4 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy eat-in kitchen with a sofa, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of crockery and a flat-screen TV. A fifth person could possibly find space on the sofa in the kitchen. From the adjoining room you have direct access to the garden. There you will find a comfortable seating area and deck chairs to relax. In winter you can start straight from the garden onto the ski slopes!
Surrounded by mountains & meadows, our house is in a sunny, open nature with sunbathing area and playground. In winter ski right to the slopes. Ski school, restaurant, café, shops, bus stop 200 m away.
