In the main area, you can find a living area with a TV and seating area, a fully enquiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances and a dining area. Valbandon is a tourist settlement situated on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and Fažana, makes this the perfect destination for families with children. At the same time the closeness of the Brijuni National Park makes it an appealing tourist destination. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are perfect for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days. Every year, Valbandon hosts a festivity called “Valbandon ispod črpinje” (“Valbandon under a Dutch oven”), where traditional Istrian meals in a round dish meant for open-air cooking are prepared (lamb, octopus, various types of fish and others) .
In the traditional Istrian cuisine restaurants you can taste the Istrian malvasia, and all along the Olive oil trail, you can enjoy the “divine elixir” which the Roman emperors considered the measure of perfection. Visitors to the Fažana Riviera, aside from the gorgeous beaches, have access to numerous biking trails, golf courses, a windsurfing school and so on and finally Pula with its Amphitheater is not that far.

Payment policy
Payments are non-refundable.
All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him.
Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form.
After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking.
Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking.
If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received.
Deposit policy
In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees.
Cancelation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
