Wellness and sports facilities are right on the doorstep. The Meersburg thermal baths are less than 2 minutes away, as well as the open-air swimming pool and lido with 50-meter sports pool opposite. The Lake Constance circular hiking and biking trail runs right by the house. While you explore the diverse Lake Constance region comfortably by boat, bus and train, your car is safely parked in the underground garage.
From all directions from the B31/33 take the exit Meersburg, at the traffic circle take the first right to the Therme, drive down Töbelestraße, at the bottom of the lake turn right into the lakeside promenade. After approx. 200 m you will find the house on the right side of the street.
