Cancellation term
Important notes:
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 30 years of age at the time of
booking, in the term, to avoid youth groups and parties. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking.
House rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.
As stated in the advert, if pets are allowed then it can be upon request only.
The following services are included in rental rates:
- Bath towels provided, Bed Linen provided
- Kitchen and barbecue facilities
- Utilities – water, gas, electricity, heating, air-conditioning
- Wireless Internet
- Secured parking (garage or at the private plot, as stated on the advert)
- Garden and swimming pool maintenance
- Final cleaning
- Tourist Tax, Sojourn tax
