One of the bedrooms and the spacious living room lead directly onto the terrace, which is flooded with sun from morning to evening and offers a great view of the mountains (can be covered by leaves from the trees in summer). A BBQ, dining table and deck chairs are at your disposal.
In the sunny living room there is a sofa, 2 large comfortable armchairs, a rocking chair and a Smart TV with cable connection. The round dining table with 6 chairs is also there.

The apartment is located in one of the best districts of Partenkirchen, near the Eckbauernbahn, the ski jumps and the Partnachschlucht. The limited traffic area of the historic Ludwigstrasse with restaurants, cafés and boutiques is only 10 minutes away. The next supermarket and the next bakery are approx. 7 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 200 meters away.
Arrival from Munich:
Drive along the B2 / Mittenwalderstrasse always in the direction of Mittenwald, across the Rathausplatz, past the Rewe and the Kröniger car dealership and then turn right into Alpenstrasse after about 500 meters.
