There are two aprtments in this category. They are very calm and perfect for two to three persons.
The first apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen and a dining table in the big antechamber. The wooden furniture makes the living room nice and the pull out couches offers sleeping space for two additional persons. In the spacios bedroom there is a double bed and a additonal single bed.
The second apartement consists of an antechamber, a living-kichten area with a big dining table and a cozy couch. The wooden accents in the bedroom make it warm and bright. The bathroom has been newly renovated and offer a shower with level access.
All Apartments offer induction stove, a baking oven, a microwave, a diswasher, a drip coffee maker, a water boiler, a toaster and dishes. Free Wifi, TV and a radio with CD player are also included. The sheltered balcony to the East invite you to have breakfast outside. One balcony is west-facing and everywhere you can enjoy our wonderful mountain view.
You will find us in a beautiful, sunny location at the beginning of the Karwendel Nature Reserve. Pleasant tranquility in the house, spacious apartments - comfortable and homely - are guarantees for a relaxing holiday. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the mountains. We also offer bright, cozy rooms with breakfast.
Our house is the ideal starting point for exploring the Achensee region. Hiking, walking, cycling, golfing, swimming, and sailing are just a small selection of the sports activities available at Lake Achensee.
The Rofan and Karwendel mountain ranges are within easy reach, and Lake Achensee is within walking distance. Just enjoy your holiday in our house.
There are free carports available for cars. For structural reasons, our house is "not barrier-free". For further information, please contact us directly.

Inntalautobahn A12 (Vignettenpflicht), Ausfahrt Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, nach 7 Kilometern im Zentrum von Maurach nach Pertisau abbiegen. Es ist auch eine mautfreie Anreise über den Achenpass oder Bad Tölz möglich. Von München bis zur Autobahnausfahrt Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass oder Bad Tölz – über die Staatsgrenze über Achenkirch und Maurach nach Pertisau. Am Ortsbeginn, bei der Informationstafel, biegen Sie nach links ab. Sie fahren diese Straße entlang, an der Karwendel-Bergbahn vorbei, bis zum Beginn der Karwendeltäler. Unser Haus sehen Sie auf der rechten Seite.
Anreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: Mit dem Zug zum Bahnhof Jenbach. Von dort mit dem öffentlichen Bus an den Achensee. Siehe Busfahrplan www.vvt.at. Die Anreise zum Achensee nach Pertisau ist unter Vorzeigen Ihrer Reservierungsbestätigung kostenlos. Auf Wunsch holen wir Sie auch gerne am Bahnhof in Jenbach ab.
Die nächst gelegenen Flughäfen sind Innsbruck (50km), München (ca. 140km) und Salzburg (ca. 150km).
