Cancellation term
The cancellation conditions do not apply if arrival is not possible due to an official travel ban or a lockdown.
The following cancellation deadlines and the corresponding costs apply to the booking of the holiday home:
If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival = 80% of the travel price is due
Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival = 100% of the total price due
In the event of early departure or no-show, the total price must be paid, taking into account any expenses saved and any profits gained from alternative use of the property.
We would like to point out that the cancellation conditions stated here apply when concluding the rental agreement.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
