Cancellation policy

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Comments

This is a perfect starting point for sport lovers thanks to the nearby paved paths. The central location makes possible to reach any point of the island in a little period of time. You will be able to taste the local gastronomy in many bars and restaurants of the surrounding interior villages, as well as know the little and traditional wine cellars. We also recommend you visit the weekly street markets of de Costitx, Sineu, Sencelles, Inca, Petra, Consell and Santa María, among others. The nearest beaches are in the north like Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Can Picafort, and you will reach them in about 20 minutes drive.
