The "Magnolia" apartment is suitable for 4-6 people and was completely refurbished in 2007.
It is 93 m² and is on the ground floor of a large historic house which is over 200 years old. The 4 star apartment is furnished tastefully and has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, and a large living room with a bed settee. A cot and a high chair are also available for our younger guests. The large kitchen is fully equipped and contains a breakfast area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the garden.
The typical Harz Tudor style house is located on an approximately 3500 m² large, park-like grounds.

The valley flows to the south and it is only 3 km to the town centre of Osterode. In Lerbach there are also shops and restaurants. The "Witches Path" runs parallel to the valley and at the end of the village there is a ski lift.kk
