For beginners we recommend the Sonnenberg lift in Milders (Neustift) which offers a perfect training slope and is only a 5 -minute drive away. Athletes, families and their children will feel at home in the Stubaital right away. Thanks to the 130 km of valley and alpine trails also cross-country skiers will get their money’s worth here. A total of 12 sled runs, including 4 illuminated ones, take you from the Elfer or the Schlick 2000 intermediate station Froneben on a fun tour down to the valley.
