Our country house Sonnenschein is situated in a quiet but very central location, in the middle of Schladming!
With us you can leave the car, because in about 7 minutes walk you reach the Planai valley station and the gondola "Planai West". To the main square with numerous stores and shopping possibilities it is only a 3 minute walk and within a radius of 100 m you will find a bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, organic food store, town museum, pizzeria and restaurants.
Next to our house is a small garden with seating and sunbathing facilities and a swing. On the west side of the house we have designed a new terrace :) - right next to the valley stream. Here is also placed our barbecue and a sand pit for our little guests!

Nehmen Sie auf der B320 die Ausfahrt Schladming West (bei ÖAMTC) und fahren Sie weiter Richtung Schladming. Beim ersten Kreisverkehr geradeaus und beim zweiten Kreisverkehr die Ausfahrt in Richtung Zentrum. Vor dem Spielwarengeschäft Holzmüller rechts abbiegen und nach ca. 20 Metern - vor dem roten Haus - rechts in die Zufahrt einbiegen und schon haben Sie unser Landhaus Sonnenschein erreicht.
