The holiday home is built in the typical Zeeland style. It is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area, about 500 meters from the beach and approximately 1.5 km from the town center. The property measures 600 sqm, with the terrace facing south-west. A garden house with patio furniture and a carport are available for guests. The house is only rented out during the summer holidays. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed.
The house is fully furnished for a family vacation. The kitchenette is new.
All bedrooms are also equipped with blackout skylights.
The house extension at the carport is NOT included in the rental.

Oostkapelle is located in the south of the Netherlands on the Walcheren peninsula. It is a family-friendly seaside resort with a wide and well-maintained sandy beach. In the village center, you'll find all the shopping facilities you might need. The place offers a diverse range of culinary options. Oostkapelle is surrounded by dunes, forests, and nature reserves. Other places worth visiting on Walcheren include the historic town of Veere, the provincial capital Middelburg, and the port city of Vlissingen. Or enjoy the drive over the storm surge barrier to the port city of Zierikzee.
1) through the Netherlands: motorway A58 Eindhoven - Tilburg - Breda towards Vlissingen
2) through Belgium: Antwerp and then towards Vlissingen
Exit Middelburg-Oost and continue on the N57 to your destination
