You will find a living room with flat screen TV and Wifi, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, and a bedroom on the mezzanine. There is a terrace with garden furniture, facing south.

Arrivals are between 4:30 and 7:30 pm in the residences.

- TERMS OF TERMINATION
The lease is irrevocably binding on both parties. The reservation of the
reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has paid the deposit. The tenant undertakes
to pay the total amount for the stay. Any cancellation must be communicated by registered letter.
However, it is agreed that the cancellation of the stay is possible in case of force majeure and
inability to take the accommodation (illness, death, etc.), as evidenced by an official document or
official certificate), or in the event of a travel and/or residence ban in connection
with the COVID.
In the event of termination for reasons other than force majeure:
- between 60 and 45 days, the deposit will be refunded.
- between 44 and 30 days, the lessor retains 10% of the rental amount.
- between 29 and 15 days, the landlord retains 25% of the rental amount, i.e. the amount of
the deposit.
- between 14 and 7 days, the tenant must pay 50 % of the rental amount.
- less than 6 days, the tenant must pay the full amount of the stay.
Additional costs A tourist tax is payable on site on your arrival. For 2021 : Meublé de Tourisme 2 * : 0,99 € /day per adult, free for children under 18. It is collected directly by the landlord with the payment of the balance.
