The Comfortable One Bedroom Apartmen Pino A1 can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons and is situated on the ground floor of the apartment house. The apartment spreads on a total living area of 40 m2. The apartment has its own private terrace with garden furniture and a garden view which is ideal for relaxation. The guests have also access from the terrace to the nice garden with mediterranean vegetation. The garden is shared with all other guests an it also has a barbecue available which the guests can use during theire stay. The comforteble apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with bathtub, and there are two more single beds in the living area for two additional guests.

Today, Rabac is a well-known tourist resort. By the middle of the 19th century, it was a small fishermen village with hardly ten houses. Due to the beautiful bay and splendid, tame surroundings, it soon attracted first visitors. In 1876, Richard Francis Burton, an English writer and a passionate traveler, was among the first tourists who stayed in Rabac.

Payment policy
Payments are non-refundable.
All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him.
Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form.
After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking.
Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking.
If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received.
Deposit policy
In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees.
Cancelation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
