Our holiday home is idyllically situated by the forest in the rear Passeier Valley in Hütt at an altitude of 1,425m. Located directly on the Merano High Mountain Trail and within the Texel Group Nature Park, it is the starting point for short and long hiking tours for children and adults. Additionally, nearby there is a riding stable, a via ferrata, museums, and much more to make your holiday perfect.
The winter offers a cross-country ski trail right by the house, as well as the Pfelders ski area just 5 minutes away.
Accessible all year round by car and bus.
Directions via Merano:
Take the Brenner Motorway to Bolzano - expressway to Merano - from there into the Passeier Valley to Moos, then towards Pfelders, about 4 km after the village of Platt.
Directions via Jaufen Pass:
Take the Brenner Motorway to Sterzing - mountain road over the Jaufen Pass to St. Leonhard - continue further into the valley to Moos, then towards Pfelders.
Arrival via Timmelsjoch (only possible in summer):
over the Timmelsjoch to Moos, then towards Pfelders.

Up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date, you can cancel your booking without incurring a cancellation fee by providing a written statement. For cancellations made later, the cancellation fee is calculated as follows: 30-60 days 50% of the total price, less than 30 days 70% of the total price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the agreed price for the remaining days not used.
