Cancellation policy
Of course, it can happen that you spend your vacation from e.g. B. can not compete for unforeseeable reasons. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge corresponding binding cancellation flat rates depending on the cancellation period.
The cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
- Up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 0% of the rental costs
- less than 28 days before the start of the rental, we charge the full rental price.
If you realise an occupancy during the rental period on your own, your withdrawal is possible free of charge. In case of non-use of the houseboat or early departure, a refund or crediting of the rental price is not possible.
