In the event of a cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation fees:
1. As the situation around Corona can be restrictive, we offer our guests free cancellation up to 1 week before arrival if the accommodation is closed due to governmental measures for the relevant period.
Cancellation conditions:
A: 60% of the rental price for cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the rental period;
B: 75% of the rental price for cancellations between 60 and 90 days before the start of the rental period;
C: 100% of the rental price for cancellations less than 60 days before the start date of the rental period.
D: Cancellations by the tenant must always be confirmed in writing.
Refunds of amounts already paid are not possible in the event of a cancellation to switch to a booking for the following year.
