There are miles of trails out our doorstep for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding. The panoramic drive to Lago Trasimeno is as pleasant as the lake itself.
Dotted with islands and castles, this lake is a beautiful place to go swimming, sailing and windsurfing. Many historically relevant towns are within easy driving distance from the villa such as Assisi, Perugia, Siena and Arezzo.
The house is situated amidst woods and meadows only four kilometers away from the quaint village of Castel Rigone, reached on an coubtry road by car, mountain bike or foot. Those wanting to enjoy one of our creative courses or a week of hiking or biking may wish to arrive by train (pick up service from Passignano sul Trasimeno).

Wir erstatten Ihnen dann Ihre komplette Zahlung zurück.

Bei einer Stornierung bis zum 30. Tag vor Mietbeginn behalten wir die Anzahlung von 30% ein, falls wir die von Ihnen gebuchte Wohnung nicht anderweitig vermieten können.

Gelingt es uns, Ersatzmieter zu finden, erhalten Sie Ihre gesamten Zahlungen abzüglich einer geringen Bearbeitungsgebühr zurück.
