The villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an entrance to the balcony. An additional separate WC can be found near the living room. On the ground floor, you can find a tastefully decorated living room that combines modern and local elements. Barat is a small hilltop village in the central part of Istria, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding places and the sea in the distance. Due to its ideal position and good traffic connections with the cities of the western coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar), it attracts many tourists and nature lovers. Recommended for cycling enthusiasts, there are many marked biking trails nearby that connect the famous historic Istrian towns.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
