Located on the ground floor of a plain building of apartments, this accommodation will meet you in a comfy room where the living, the dining and the kitchen are together. The air-conditioned (only cold air) room invites to rest whilst watching the satellite TV and enjoy your best dishes cooked on the electric cooktop. The equipment in the kitchen is basic and there is no washing machine or iron. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds -one with exit to a small terrace-, AC (only cold air) and closet. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The extra guest will sleep on the sofa bed of the living area. The bathroom of the apartment has a bathtub.
The cosy terrace in the apartment is perfect to enjoy a nice breakfast before starting the activities of your holiday day. The perfect plan is to grab all you need to spend a great day at the beach, which is just a short walk away.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The golf course is about 7 km away. Finally we recommend you visit the Caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
