It consists of an equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms and a terrace with garden furniture. One of the bedrooms in the apartment is with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Pets are allowed and payment is directly from the owner. Near the house there is a small shop, restaurant and bakery, and nearby are the popular villages Spadici and Materada where there are beautiful beaches, many restaurants and bars.
