Villa Sorriso is spread over four levels. The house was completely renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, a small wood stove, a living-dining room with TV, leading out to the garden, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. A beautiful staircase with stone steps leads to the first floor, where there are two large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and sea view.
On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with sea views and their own bathroom. On the top floor, there are four more smaller bedrooms with either French beds or single beds, each with its own bathroom/shower/toilet. All these rooms have skylights.
Large private pool with sun umbrellas and loungers located above the villa. Excellent Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking on the property or in front of the house. Dogs allowed.

The surroundings of Castiglioncello are diverse, making it an excellent starting point to visit well-known towns such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, and much more. Castiglioncello has good restaurants and a small supermarket. The tourist port Cala Medici is very close by, where you can rent yachts, sailboats, or just a simple paddle boat.
Take the highway from Rosignano Marittimo towards Livorno, then get back on the expressway. Take the exit at Castiglioncello and go onto Vecchia Aurelia. From Castiglioncello, it's about 2 km, then turn right up into Via Sorriso and you have arrived.

No fees for cancellations more than 181 days prior, only bank charges
40% fees for cancellations between 180 and 31 days prior
95% fees for cancellations between the 30th day before arrival and the arrival date
Should a new pandemic make travel impossible, the booking can be moved to the following year, or the deposit + any final payment already made will be refunded
