30% of the full amount from the day of Bruno Viaggi e Turismo's written confirmation until 31 days before the beginning of the stay
50% of the full amount from 31 to 15 days before the beginning of the stay
75% of the full amount from 15 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay
100% of the full amount if later.
The latter penalty is also valid if the Client terminates the stay that has already begun.
