The bungalow for 5 people has a living area of about 100 m² with a living room of about 40 m². The house offers a lot of privacy. From the dining and living room, you can access the terrace with a windbreak, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 bedroom has a double bed and space for a crib, in the 2nd bedroom you will find three single beds. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a second WC.
The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, refrigerator, two freezer drawers, and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a dryer.
You can also bring your dog. The garden is fenced, so your dog can roam freely through the garden.
Smoking is prohibited. Private parking at the bungalow.
A large garden, which is completely fenced, is at your disposal. Nearby (5 minutes walk) is an outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge. Our house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Duvets are available for all beds. You need to bring your own bed linen. You can also rent bed linen.

This detached holiday home with a large garden is located in a child-friendly park called Roosdunen, featuring a heated outdoor pool (including swimming pass), tennis court, and mini-golf course. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the wooded nature reserve Roosdunen. A walk through the dunes takes you to the beach. The authentic village of Ballum, with shops and restaurants, is also within walking distance. Nearby are 2 riding stables and a golf course.
By car:
The journey is via the motorway from Holwerd.
The crossing costs about 95 euros per car and about 15 euros per person.
The ferry should be booked well in advance.
You can also park your car at the parking lot and travel to the holiday apartment on the island by bike, bus, or taxi. However, the island is so large that it is worth taking the car with you.
We almost always take the car with us, as you can conveniently park at the house and have your luggage right there.
Arrival by train is also possible.
