Our comfortable holiday home, a well-equipped villa, is located in the USA's "Sunshine State". Here you can live and relax to your heart's content. In Florida you can enjoy the sun all year round and the climate is ideal. Villa Victoria is a central base camp for many attractions and sights in and around Cape Coral.

The master suite with luxurious bathroom has direct access to the pool area.
The pool uses skin-friendly salt water technology and is ideal for guests with chlorine allergies or sensitive skin. A seat inside the pool has also been provided for your convenience. The jacuzzi, which is seamlessly integrated into the architecture and is connected to the pool via one of the three waterfalls, is a great place to relax.

From the nearest airport, Fort Myers International Airport (RSW), it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Cape Coral. Also, the airport in Punta Gorda (PGD) is only about 40 minutes away and has connections to many airports in the northern USA. Alternative flight routes include, for example, Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), New York International Airport (JFK), Charlotte International Airport (CLT) and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Renting a car is highly recommended, as a car is essential for doing daily shopping, going to the beach and restaurants. Do keep in mind that renting a car in your home country is usually cheaper than in the USA. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
