Located in the popular harbor and seaside resort! The charming, tastefully decorated wooden chalet with a pleasant south-facing terrace and a small private garden is situated on a quiet plot with 2 accommodation units, just minutes from the center and the lively harbor promenade. The original room layout with a state-of-the-art kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offers an ideal alternative to a hotel or guest room. Hobby chefs and gourmets are in the right place here, because Cancale only offers the best of all the sea has to offer. The fantastic, fine sandy beaches nearby attract countless tourists every year. The two private parking places on the site are particularly practical. Cancale is synonymous with oyster cultivation and the famous port, La Houle, attracts both the local population and tourists. Here you will find old fishing houses and excellent restaurants, many of which with beautiful terraces with a beautiful view of the sea to the famous Mont Saint Michel. The medieval city of Dinan on Rance is also worth a visit, as well as the charming seaside resort of Dinard, which is behind Rance's dam.

Schönes kleines Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, kleinem Dusch-/WC-Bereich. Küche und Küchentisch, kein Platz, um entspannt zu sitzen und ein Buch oder so zu lesen. Aber das wussten wir! Schöner Garten, sonnenorientiert. Freundlicher Besitzer, der sehr gut Englisch spricht. Sie wohnen in seinem Hinterhof, haben aber gerade genug Privatsphäre. Entspannte Stadt, Straße, Umgebung. 10 Minuten zur Bäckerei, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Super U. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und zu Restaurants.
