The popular long-distance hiking trail GR 233 passes below the property and offers you direct access to the white sandy beach in front of it.

Barneville-Carteret is a charming, seaside resort with two harbors and three superb beaches, all awarded the Blue Flag for their water quality and environmental management. Due to the influence of the Gulf Stream, the water is slightly warmer here. White-blue bathing cabins complete the picturesque atmosphere of the seaside resort, which was already popular at the turn of the last century, as numerous Art Nouveau holiday villas still bear witness to today.
