Description

Quietly situated Provençal and two-storey country house on a 10 ha vineyard. A 1,000 sqm large and unenclosed area is at your disposal for private use. To the side of your holiday home is a small granny annexe, which is rarely used. The second stone house on the property, 100 m further south, is occupied by the owner. The vineyards of the Côtes-du-Rhône extend all around and invite you to take long walks. A parking space is reserved for you next to the holiday home.

There is a bathing beach 4 km away, directly on the Ardèche. Numerous canoe and kayak rentals for the adventurous 20 km descent of the Ardèche Gorge await you in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Highly recommended is a day trip to the Roman city of Orange, where you can visit its beautiful ancient theatre, and to the cultural and festival city of Avignon, which can be easily reached by train. In half an hour you are in the city centre with its completely preserved city wall, many beautiful monuments and the imposing Papal Palace.

Die Aussicht vom Haus ist wunderschön. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht, ich habe den Geschirrspüler nicht ausgetauscht Die kaputten Lampen waren gesichert, aber zu lahm, um sie richtig zu befestigen. Die Betten sind kurz und 1 Schlafzimmer ist ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Große schwarze Ameisen auf der Terrasse. Aber für uns war es kein Problem, jeden Tag zu gehen und nur zu frühstücken und zu grillen Nach Hause zu kommen und dann in den engen Betten zu schlafen, ist selbstverständlich. Die Besitzer sind super nett und wollen helfen, die Ventilatoren waren alle kaputt, aber wir wollten sie nicht vom 84-jährigen Besitzer. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, purer Genuss, die Gartenstühle sind nicht wirklich bequem, aber ich möchte dem Besitzer ein Plus für seine Freundlichkeit geben

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage: ruhige Umgebung und vom Garten aus blicken Sie auf die Weinberge. Sie können auch direkt in den Wald laufen. Die Lage ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Schlucht und mehreren schönen Dörfern entfernt. Auch Nîmes und Avignon eignen sich hervorragend für einen Tagesausflug. Im Haus direkt daneben wohnt zwar jemand, aber es ist sehr ruhig und unauffällig, so dass wir es in der Praxis kaum bemerkt haben.

Das Haus selbst ist veraltet. Es wurde gut gereinigt. Die Betten waren schmal (das Doppelbett ist 140 cm breit) und in Ordnung. Leider bedarf das Haus einer kleinen Investition und Renovierung:
- Die Duschköpfe kleben nicht an der Wand.
- Die Tapete löst sich an mehreren Stellen und die Wände waren früher weiß.
- Es gibt keine Toilettenpapierhalter an der Wand der Toiletten
- Die Nähte in der Küche brauchen (neues) Dichtmittel, sie sind jetzt nicht mehr zu reinigen
- Die Küche verfügt über keine Dunstabzugshaube
- Die Waschmaschine funktioniert, reinigt aber die Wäsche nicht. Außerdem kommt es klatschnass heraus. Wir haben dieses Problem gelöst, indem wir im nahegelegenen Supermarkt gewaschen haben.
- Es gibt keinen Wäscheständer.
- Einige Steckdosen haben keinen Stecker
- Kauf eines Paars bequemer Outdoor-Stühle (es gibt jetzt vier gerade Esszimmerstühle und zwei kleine, etwas unbequeme Hängesessel)

Ein weiterer Tipp für diejenigen, die dieses Haus besuchen: Bringen Sie eine Hängematte mit (mit einem langen Seil zum Aufhängen). Dann sitzt du wie ein König im Garten :)
