The location on a small stream in the village Hinterwoessen is very quiet, and has a wonderful view of the mountains. The light-flooded living-dining area with an open kitchen is the central room in the house, from which you can step onto the large south-facing terrace. Some great hiking trails to various mountain huts and in winter a cross-country ski run start right behind the house.

Hinterwössen is a friendly village in the middle of the Chiemgau mountains. Various hiking trails and, in winter, a cross-country ski run start directly at the house. It is less than 15 minutes to the Winklmoosalm & Steinplatte ski resort. There are also various ski lifts for small children and beginners in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Balsberg in Unterwössen). Large playground and soccer field 5 minutes on foot.
Arriving by car from the A8 Autobahn, exit Bernau, approx. 25 minutes to the house. Parking for 2 cars on the property. For electric vehicles there is a charging facility (11kW) at the house.
