Cancellation term
In case of travel cancellation, the tenant must cancel the booking in written form (e.g., via email, contact form).
From the booking day up to 119 days before arrival 20% of the confirmed rental costs
From 118 days up to 70 days before arrival 40% of the confirmed rental costs
From 69 days up to 31 days before arrival 70% of the confirmed rental costs
From 30 days before arrival 100% of the confirmed rental costs
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in any case.
