Welcome to our 2019 newly completed Coastal Cottage holiday home! We offer all you need for your Florida retreat. Vaulted ceilings, high end tiles throughout the living space, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms all decorated with love and Florida sunshine. The split floor plan offers a master with king size bed and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and will be loved by every chef. Our screened lanai with western exposure offers an outdoor conversation set, chaise lounges, table for six and a parasol so that you can start sun bathing, refreshing, and relaxing right away. The use of the whirl pool is optional, please ask if you are interested.
Our brand new coastal cottage is located only two minutes from Naples bay. If you take a short walk down the road to the west, you will get to Bayview Park, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Naples Bay. You will be surrounded by the beautiful scenery of small fishing boats passing by, bringing in their catch, and thereby attracting pelicans that are trying to get their share. We like to bring our beach chairs to the Bay and spend some time watching the boats passing by, or enjoying one of Naples' gorgeous sunsets. Oftentimes, there are dolphins, pelicans, and other exotic animals to see.
It takes only ten minutes by car to reach the lovely beaches of Naples and there are plenty of parking spots and beach access points. Given that our Coastal Cottage is close to Downtown and Old Naples, you can easily spend your evenings going to the beautiful 5th Avenue or 3rd Street, where you can finish the day with a glass of wine, or maybe enjoy the fine dining experience at one of Naples' well- known restaurants.
Right next to us is the East Naples Community Park. It is known for hosting the annual US Open Pickleball Championships, which is similar to Tennis and a popular sport in the United States. The park also provides basketball hoops, or you can join one of the classes offered, such as Zumba, which we enjoy and recommend dearly.
At Sugden Regional Park, right across the road from there, you can relax at the beach end enjoy the view across Lake Avalon. You can try canoeing, go for a walk, or enjoy your food in one of the picnic areas.
If you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of having a beer or a glass of wine outside by the water, we can recommend Celebration Park: Well-chosen restaurants cater their specialties from food trucks, and oftentimes there is live music to make for an entertaining evening. Celebration Park and other local hotspots can be found along Bayshore Dr.
Even with all these and more possibilities, many of our evenings are spent at our Coastal Cottage holiday home, sitting on the lanai and listening to the crickets singing Naples to sleep. We hope you have a pleasant stay and that enjoy your time spent here just as much as we always do! Enjoy

Just a few hundred meters away, events take place in the Botanical Garden and a large pickleball court is nearby, where the annual US Open is held, where you can also take Zumba classes.
You can drink a cocktail at the bar with live music and eat something delicious at Celebration Park.
At the end of the road, from Bayview Park, you can admire a gorgeous sunset over Naples Bay, watch boats, pelicans and dolphins pass by at one of the picnic areas, and rent jet skis. Within a few minutes you can be at the most beautiful beaches of Florida.
The botanical garden around the corner invites you to discover unusual plants.
Downtown is just a few minutes away, with Celebration Park, restaurants and Tin City on the way.
