The quaint residence "Giardini di Vigna," with just 8 apartments, is situated in an absolutely tranquil hillside location in Toscolano-Maderno, nestled among olive trees on the popular Monte Maderno in the Garda Alta Bresciana Nature Park.
The comfortable 2-room apartment "Vigne 3" is approximately 50 m² and is located on the ground floor with a private terrace, small garden area, and beautiful lake view. The apartment features a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. The communal pool (10x5 meters) with outdoor shower, sunbathing lawn, and sun loungers are available exclusively for residents and our holiday guests. Ideal for 2 people who want to spend their relaxing holiday in a private atmosphere.

Located in a very quiet area, nestled in greenery, 80 meters above Lake Garda and the town center, the view from Giardini di Vigna over the lake is enchanting. The center of Maderno and the bathing shore of Lake Garda, as well as the ferry terminal to Torri del Benaco, are within walking distance, approximately 10 and 20 minutes away, respectively.
Few complexes offer such a privileged location amidst nature while being so close to the town center.
The apartments Vigne 4, Vigne 8, and Vigne 6 are also available for rent.
From Munich: Take the A8 towards Salzburg, at the Inntal Triangle switch to the A93 towards Kiefersfelden/Kufstein. Then take the A12 to Innsbruck, or go via Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Seefeld to Innsbruck, then towards Brenner A22 via Sterzing, Bolzano, Trento towards Verona. Take the exit for Rovereto Sud/Lake Garda-North through Nago, Arco, and Riva to Limone. Follow the western shore on Gardesana Occidentale to Gargnano and then to Toscolano-Maderno.
The road between Limone and Gargnano is scenically very attractive. Coming from the Alps, you enter a Mediterranean park landscape. Numerous tunnels and galleries, however, do not allow for high driving speeds.
